Shortcode

Hi,
When I click the shortcode generator page, no code is generated.
I get errors in Chrome console:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘checked’ of null shortcode-builder.js?ver=3.8:48
Line 48 is:
if(document.getElementById('freehtml').checked) { display=display+'freehtml,';}
