have to refresh in order for the blog to show up

Hi,
my blog is acting weird. The first time I visit, the website is blank. However, if I refresh it, it loads up. I have Korean blog with same configuration in same server(dreamhost), but that has no problem. It’s rather annoying since I have to refresh every time I first visit my blog. The same thing happens when I try to log in to wp-admin. It gives me 404 error but then if I retype wp-admin again, it gives me access to admin page. What is wrong?
