    Hi Kevin,

    In 3.2.3, we changed the behavior of the plugin to not allow HTML by default unless you specifically give it permission to do so on a field-by-field basis (this was a more secure approach).

    Find the field where your markup is missing and then go to Directory Admin->Manage Form Fields, edit the field and then enable the checkbox to allow HTML in that field. It should fix the issue.

    Thank you so much! We were looking for the plugin options and could not find them for the life of us.
