Product pictures not feeding into facebook store (was told to contact woocommerc

  • Please advise

    My product pictures are not feeding into facebook store with storeya

    I contacted storeya and they told me that

    I need to contact woocommerce and let them know that I am missing an image link….. that that the plugin feed reads thus there are no pictures to pull to feed into the store…

    Please advise… I have no idea what that means

    I followed the directions precisely and everything is feeding…
    EXCEPT the pictures of the products

    I am using the following plugins as advised

    WooCommerce shop to Facebook
    Storeya Products Feed for WP e-Commerce

    Please help…
    I have been having this issue for over and week and haven’t been able to get any help
