page always redirect to server address

  • hallo guys ,
    can you please help me out about it.

    i have a wired problem. whenever i click on visit site then i am always redirected to my server address and same problem when i try to comment on post and also click on anything.it always redirect me to the server address.

    my wordpress is running on linux server and everytime this redirection is pointed to apache httpd page.

    can someone please help about it,+
