wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_captcha 404 error

I recently started getting many 404 errors showing up in my logs that are coming from wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_captcha. It appears they are being triggered by someone simply landing on the page where there is a contact form – and not even filling out the form to trigger the captcha to come up.

Any insite on how to fix this is appreciated.
