    Hi there,

The subfolder shouldn’t be a problem. Which Facebook page are you pulling posts from?

    thanks for checking Danny!

https://www.facebook.com/groups/202756774136/ is our mardi gras group

It’s not working for me either – I’ve installed it on 5 blogs, the last 2 haven’t worked – although test works OK – it still displays
‘Admins only notice: Did you configure the plugin properly?’

The first 3 sites are still working though, so I assume it’s not something wrong with the plug-in – could it be something to do with Facebook itself?

Thanks for jumping in @kowarler. I’m breaking my head over this issue as it has been popping up for over a few weeks now but I can’t seem to be able to replicate it.

Are all your 5 blogs fetching posts from the same Facebook page?

    No from individual facebook pages.

I’ve set up each one with a new facebook app, copied the App ID and App Secret and the unique facebook ID – tested it using the ‘test configuration’ and that works, they just don’t show on the website!?

I might try deactivating the plugin and turning it back on again!?

    Nah, that didn’t work.

Just set up another blog with this plugin and it works perfectly – no ryhme or reason!?

So I tried uninstalling the plug-in and re-installing it, creating a new facebook app and it still doesn’t work.

Let me know if I can try anything else.

@kowarler, interesting that your other fb widget IS working … with the same parameters as this one. hmmmmm

I’ve installed it on 7 separate blogs (with 7 separate facebook addresses). Four of them work perfectly – the other three have the “No recent Facebook posts to show. Admins only notice: Did you configure the plugin properly?” message.

If I can provide any useful information or if you’d like to view the sites in question, please let me know.

Ditto to the above – installed, deleted, reinstalled. Confirms that configuration is okay, but still not working on the site. ??

Did anyone get a fix for this? Having the same problem repeatedly..

    still no fix, no bueno.
