.m4a and RSS enclosure

  • I have a problem with getting wordpress to generate the enclosure tag in RSS2 feeds for .m4a files. I’ve added audio/x-m4a and audio/x-m4b to Apache’s MIME types, but wordpress doesn’t pick up links to m4a files the same way it does links to mp3 files.

    Am I missing an additional step that I should be carrying out to get these files recognised?
