finding my pphmyadmin to backup files

  • Hi, Can someone please tell me where to find my pphmyadmin? I have looked through everything in WP and cannot find it. I want to backup all database and all my files , so I can upgrade to 3.8

    Appreciate the help!

  • You need to ask your hosts for help with this. They should have Phpmyadmin or another database management tool installed on your server.
