How to auto change post status from pending to publish?

  • I have a website is: https://raovat.chopho.vn.
    And i use plugin auto post to social netowork. If i post status is “publish”, the cronjob will not work, and when i post new ads, my site will be overloaded. But if i setting is “pending” for ads, it work well.
    I right now, i want to auto change all ads from “pending” to “publish” every 10 mins. How can i do it?

    Please tell me how?
