Register Fee link level "0" How to add "captcha"

I have a new site, with a free registration link, level “0”. The level “0” gets hit with BOTS and a bunch of free memberships are created. I’ve set up captcha with pay levels and I’d like to do the same for level “0”.
I am a s2 Pro member.
