Contact Fom 7 skin overiding original form

Hi, I have just installed and modified a contact form using the skin add on. I seem to have a remnant of the original form embedded in the bottom of the form
I have no idea how to remove this using my WP interface.
If someone can advise what it is, and more importantly how to remove it I would be really appreciative.
