how can i get the user email address to send to my mail?

I have the same question. I relly need this info. If I am not able to get the addresses and names well, this plug in loses its value

no, i did not use this plugin eventually , i payed my friend who is a developer to do my work.

i don’t know how much question you have but maby gravity form will work for you?

You can add custom required fields, before or after the quiz. I’ve added Full name and email address. Once notified that a user has completed the test I can go to statistics and get the person’s email address.
