category archive: blog is showing above my blog page

Hi,

I’ve noticed that my blog is no longer a Page but a category, possibly after an update? My blog now has Category Archive: Blog at the top of the blog posts. I don’t want this there. (see link)

My blog was previously a page and I know this must be simple to fix but can’t figure it out. Any help much appreciated!
