AG Custom Admin Settings (v1.3.2) – Cannot turn ON

Hi!
I guess this is a good plugin.. however I can’t get it working.
When I click “Turn on/off admin menu configuration” nothing happends.
Surprising thing is that I can’t even find another plugin to do the same which this is supposed to do..

I found following error messages in the browser (Chrome) console..

THIS COMES ALREADY WHEN COMING TO PAGE:
