Not able to install theme

    Hello. I am trying to install theme on my tech blog through WP dashboard but i am not able to do so. Everytime i try to do so, i am getting the following message.
    The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2014/01.
    can you please look in to it?
