From Squarespace to WordPress

  • I’m looking to move my squarespace site to wordpress. I have recently purchased hosting through GoDaddy for my domain and have installed the wordpress app through cPanel.

    My question is… is there a way to have my domain continue to point to my squarespace site while I set up/edit the wordpress site. GoDaddy says yes but I’m unsure.

    Any thoughts?
