Remove post date and author

    I am helping someone with their website and they would like to remove the author name and date from each post. I am trying to make a child theme, but can’t tell which file to edit to remove those two elements. Can someone perhaps help and share with me which file I need to edit for the child theme?

  • Configurable in Weaver II parameters.

    Under Weaver II Admin go to Main Options > Post Specifics
    There in the Post Meta Info Areas select “Hide Post Date” and “Hide Post Author”

    Now I have a follow-up question. We used the options you specified duome, and while the actual date of the post no longer appears, the text “Posted on..” still show. Any ideas on how to remove the “posted on” words?

    Same behavior here with the 2.1.2 version, probably a minor problem.

    “Posted on..” issue corrected in 2.1.4 version.
