htaccess configuration

Hello everybody, I hope that you are all good.

I work with WP3.8 Multisite/subdirectories. WP installed in root. BPress installed as second blog.

Security is very important to us. We have researched the web for best practice to configure .htaccess file.
Our research has produced the htaccess file of our site. However, we are not convinced that we have put the code in the right place (eg: code before #BEGIN WORDPRESS or after END WORDPRESS).

A couple of questions:

1. Do you think the file is configured correctly?
2 Has the code been added in the right place (eg: before #BEGIN WORDPRESS OR after #END WORDPRESS)?
3. What lines of code are missing in the file that you would use as standard lines of code?
4. and where should the code go in the file (eg: before #BEGIN WORDPRESS OR after #END WORDPRESS)?
