How to change Gravatar to custom avatar?

  • Just got WordPress site, good people help me to migrate to WordPress.
    But I can’t show my users avatars under their articles, it shows some gravatar. How can I change it to custom avatar?

    Ok, I’m going to use BuddyPress.
    But I doubt if this will change all avatars to new profile page. Anybody know about this?
