Bbpress – hold reply or topic in moderation queue if it contains certain words

The title is pretty self-explanatory: I have seen ways to replace profanity but I would like to make forum posts reply approval by moderators if the post contains any of a list of keywords. I know I can set this for comments but I also need this to apply to the forums.
