In order to be considered for the WPORG Theme Repo, the theme’s coding would have to vary significantly from the original theme and could not simply re-use large blocks of code from the original theme. However, there is nothing stopping your from distributing the theme yourself.

esmi, i haven’t got much level to change all codification, it’s imposible, are there another theme what can i modifi and dristribute it without change all of its code?

You can modify and re-distribute any GPL theme. Just not necessarily via www.ads-software.com/themes/

All themes hosted in https://www.ads-software.com/themes/ are released under GPL.

No. Derivative works other than child themes are not allowed in the WPORG Theme Repository. Try reviewing the Theme_Review documentation.
