Launched my Woo commerce website 5 months ago feedback please :)

I would really appreciate some feedback, I launched my new Woocommerce website 5 months ago, I previously had been trading using a Candypress e-commerce website which I was advised was a very poor product and I would see far better results via woo commerce. I have to say things have not gone well. The website sales have dropped massively and I lost a significant amount of traffic despite my marketing company advising that all the redirects were in place. The website seems to have major page load issues to me but apart from that its just not converting customers like my old one. I’d love some feedback as to whether anything is obvious as to why it isn’t working.

I really appreciate ANY feedback.
