Adding a pet through fronted adds 7 pets in backend

Hello,
When I add a pet through the frontend, 7 pets appear in the backend. Only one of them contains the featured image uploaded, and the “vaccinated” field doesn’t appear checked with the user’s selection in any case.
Is this happening to anyone else?
