Front End: when category is checked products don't show

There’s an attribute you can add to the shortcode to remove the sidebar:
sidebar=”no”
That should do the trick temporarily.

I have this same problem. When a check a category, all products desapear from the cataloge, and turn back just when I left the page and back again without checked category… some news about this issue?? I really need the category menu…

AJAX filtering was added to deal with this issue. If you go to the options page, there should be an option to switch to that type of filtering.

I am having the same problem and I have version 2.3.9 installed.

Other than removing the sidebar is there a way to fix this?

There are 2 features which are known to cause filtering errors at this time: first, some translations, but not all (our theory is that we’re not handling special characters correctly), and second some people who have “Mobile Stylesheet” set to “Yes” under premium options on the “Options” page (we still have no idea what’s causing this). Please let me know if neither of those works for you at this time.

Switching off the Mobile Stylesheet worked.

I think the easiest thing to do would be to start a thread asking if anyone else is using the Italian translation, and then see if they’re having the same problem.

Nothing happens when you click in the category list in the sidebar, the list remains the same.

Also the search bar is not working
