link directly into Accordion doesnt work

first, many thanks for this awsome piece of code. its so easy and awsome to make accessible and responsive sites.

according to this guide i try to link directly to a Accordion and its not working. tabs are working well with “url/postname/#title”.

in this screenshot you can see that i try: “https://localhost/wptest/test/#test2”. here is my pretty well formated shortcode:
