Duplicate website

Can anybody give me a quick and easy solution to this. I have created a website in Dutch, but now need to have it in English. I have already created a new folder /english. My question is: How do I duplicate the website on the English folder so that I only need to edit the text. I DONT want to have to re-create and entire website!

Please help, this is really urgent!!
