Metaslider with UberMenu

    It works with other themes: Haven’t Tried
    It works when I disable all other plugins: Yes, except does not work when UberMenu is disabled.
    Meta Slider version: 2.6.3

    Metaslider works in Chrome, but the image link feature does not work in Firefox or IE. I have looked at the 5 most common problems, and the only issue I can find is that it stops working when UberMenu is turned on. (It also only shows the shortcode when UberMenu is turned off) so I am fairly certain that a conflict with UberMenu is the issue.

    However, I don’t know what the conflict is or how to fix it. Any ideas? Thanks.

    Is UberMenu enabled at the moment?

    The second slide (which has a link) is working for me in FireFox, but I’m not sure if the page is currently displaying the same problems you’ve mentioned.

    Yes, uberMenu is enabled. And you are correct, the link is now working. That is strange, but, I’ll take it! Thanks for your time.
