NGG no longer uploading images after move.

I created a wordpress site (godaddy) and transferred it (godaddy). Installed wordpress. Imported database. Everything functions fine except for NextGen Gallery. It begins to upload the images and then says “0 images were uploaded.” I’ve cleared cache. I’ve deactivated all plugins. I’ve changed permalinks to post. Nothing is working. HELP!!
