Events Calendar throwing a warning onto a recipe post

I’m using a plugin, WordPress Ultimate Recipe and Ultimate Recipe Premium. On this page (https://ncbbi.dobaydesign-stage-one.com/add-new-recipe/) is a form for entering recipes. When someone submits a recipe, the page comes back with “recipe submitted, awaiting moderation.”
Then this:
