Virtue Theme Primary Menu

Hi,
I’m testing your virtue free theme and the primary menu is not responsive. When I resize page it disappears. Any idea why this is happening? Also I’m working locally on my site..not sure I got the correct url for child theme: https://localhost//wp-content/themes/virtue-child-theme-
