Recommendation: Custom Payment page to send clients?

Here is the scenario in a nutshell.
Client wants a site that showcases some of his vacation rentals.
Users will submit a form to request some dates to stay.
Client will respond with an approval and a link to a custom page on the site that will outline some basic info (which property, how much per night and then price and the ability to pay for the reservation) He is already tied in with Authorize.net account.

Thats it in a nutshell.
Basically he could create a new page, follow a template that I’ll make for the details but then have a “Payment Function” for that set price. I’ve been looking for a plugin for such a thing but I’m having some difficulty.

Second option would be to look into a full blown Reservation Plugin. I’ve seen a couple briefly that seem very intense.

Any suggestions?
