Next post button like 9gag

  • Hello,

    I would like to add to my posts a NEXT POST button before my post, as you can see on 9gag.com the have a really nice button for next post.

    PS : I have the next and previous option on my theme but they are located after the post so you must scroll down to get to them and I want to make it more easier to go to the next post.

    Can you guys tell me how to add it or maybe a nice plugin to use ? I want something simple ??
