InTouch form not sending emails to me

  • I installed the InTouch form and put it on my website. I tried it out as a test and the email never came to me. You can see it at https://www.alishenk.com on the “Contact” page. Was there something else I was supposed to do to the code when I put it on the page?

  • Haven’t used that one… Have you tried the plugins website?

    I don’t think I know which site you’re talking about. Do you mean the page on here?

    I’m sure what Yosemite meant was “Have you contacted the author of that plugin?”

    Yeah, on your plugins page (in admin) you should find the plugins name is a link, if not, look at the top of the plugin file and their should be a website listed there.

    Thanks… I tried that, but the author said that he is not currently taking support questions and that I should come here for support. ??

    Any other suggestions?
