Pictures won't upload! Please help!

  • Hi there–

    For some reason, I have not been able to load images to berkeleyobserver.com.

    I’m not sure why all of a sudden.

    I keep getting the following error message:

    “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.”

    I’ve tried multiple photos.

    And nothing.

    I have some things I must post…and I’m getting really concerned.

    What should I do?

  • I’ve been going through the error of this and figured something out. (It’s been a week of trial and error, so this is my result so far):

    Settings-> Media-> Uncheck “Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions (normally thumbnails are proportional)”

    Your pictures should be able to be uploaded…
