Fix the sidebar

[Moderator note: Please don’t capitalise sentences]

Please help me.

I am using twenty ten Theme and I want to fix my sidebar so that when I am scrolling down my page, it is constantly placed in the left side of my screen. I also want to place my sidebar in the left side.

Please help me with its code.
