Blank screen on WP 3.8.1

  • Hello, I just update our site to WP 3.8.1 and I’ve found Nextgen plugin to be causing a blank screen when trying to load the admin area.

    Firstly I’ve deactivated all plugins, and was activating them one by one to check the ones that caused the problem. I only identified Nextgen to cause the blank page issue, either when being the only module activated and when it was activated with the other modules too.

    Then I tried to upgrade the plugin to the last version (v2.0.40) to see if it solves the issue, but it still persists.

    Hello, I want to acknowledge the nice support I’ve got from Cais.

    At the end we identified the plugin was running perfectly, and the blank page happened because the WP required an increase of memory_limit to 256.
