Is it possible to hook this into wordfence or another security plugin that will limit the amount of bruteforce password attempts before redirecting to a restricted page?

Also, I am wanting to add a Chinese translation to the red ribbon text “The password you submitted was wrong.” which file would I make this change to add a simple Chinese explanation along-side the English prompt?
