Speeding up WP site with millions of pages (not multisite)

I’m wondering if this plugin would be useful for a website that is not a multisite but has nearly 2 million pages (millions more to be added). The site is currently running on 1 server with one of the tables containing about 4GB of data. Would this plugin help as far as partition a table into multiple separate tables in order to speed up database queries.
