    Hi @shainanz,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

This feature request is still in our pipe line to develop it.

This feature may be added in future version of plugin if we get enough feature requests for it but We don’t publish ETAs to prevent disappointment if a deadline is missed(which in plugin development quite a frequent occurrence!).

If you want to use this feature right now then you will have to customize the plugin code to make it work but if you are not programmer then you can consider hiring a developer from Online Job Market like https://premium.wpmudev.org/wpmu-jobs/

    Best Regards,

    Thanks for the fast reply.

At the moment, I only have one pop up going at a time, but I know in the future I will require two. At that time, I may need to switch to another plugin.

For what it’s worth, I feel that this isn’t a feature request, but actually an essential part of functionality that was overlooked during development. It just doesn’t make sense to have a button on one popup turn off all other popups, especially when the default message is “Never see this message again” and not “Never see a popup message again”.

    Hi @shainanz,

    Thank you for your reply.

This feature / functionality may be added in future version of plugin as i have said in previous reply.

especially when the default message is “Never see this message again” and not “Never see a popup message again”.

This message is written considering naive users so that they will not confuse about “popup message” so instead we have used “this message”.

    Have a great day!

    Hi again,
That wasn’t my point. My point is that the phrasing sounds like they are opting out of that particular message, not all messages, which is what the button actually does.

From a website designer or developer’s perspective, it makes no sense to let people opt out of all messages, and have no way to have them see it again. Once a user clicks that button, the popup plugin becomes useless when I want to interact with that user again.

I hope that makes more sense.

    Hi @shainanz,

Thanks for your feedback on that, I see the point you’re making. I think you’re right that the message could be “Never see a popup message again” for clarity’s sake.

We’ll take that up internally and see what we can do for the moment while we’re working toward getting that feature implemented.

    Thanks,
    David

    Hi @shainanz,

I am totally agree with your point and have already notified the developer about it so that it can be implemented in the plugin.

In the meanwhile as a temporary solution in the current version(4.4.5.4) of WordPress PopUp plugin overwrite the code in the following plugin files with the code pasted in pastebin.

    wordpress-popup/popoverincludes/js/popoverlegacy.js

    wordpress-popup/popoverincludes/js/popover-load.js

    https://pastebin.com/9HCN1uGF

    wordpress-popup/popoverincludes/js/popover-load-custom.js

    https://pastebin.com/aLSg9Vvp

    wordpress-popup/popoverincludes/classes/popoverajax.php

    Cheers,
