Crossed URLs – Pointing At Each Other HELP!

I know this was stupid but now I need help…

I manually changed the WordPress Address URL and the Site Address URL on wordpress’ back-end to read the same thing.
Ex.
Wordpress Address URL: https://www.samplesite.org
Site Address URL: https://www.samplesite.org

I have hosting through GoDaddy and I should be able to click on a button titled “Administrative Interface” which takes me to WordPress to access the dashboard, but now when I click on it, it flashes back and forth in the address bar struggling to load the website, then this failed message loads:
“Too many redirects occur trying to open “samplesite.org”. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page.”

Now it seems I have no way of re-accessing the dashboard to try and rectify the situation! HELP!
