  • Hello. Can you try deactivating plugins to explore whether any could be responsible?

Try looking at the theme’s demo website on a mobile phone to see whether the issue is specific to your theme.

Let me know and we can keep digging in.

It was the Jetpack mobile plugin that was running, I have deactivated it and now it shows regular desktop site but its just showing the image as an error

It’s still showing the mobile images as an error? Broken image?

Just tried it, still not showing. Have you tried to view that page on a mobile?

Yes, have you checked your theme’s demo website to explore whether the issue is specific to your installation?

It maybe, where should I check? In the css? I am not sure what to look for. I saw someone having a similar issue and it was down to the css blocking images on mobile to minimise data usage
