    Hello,

    What do you mean by writing “optimized” in the theme description?

    I’m looking for a theme that resembles P2 in functionality but without high load on server.

    I’ve been trying P2 theme a few times, but my hosting (shared environment) just can’t handle the load it causes. (I have moderately busy website).

    Currently, I’m using custom modified Prologue theme (old P2) and noticing how outdated it is.

    Will be P3 a fast P2 alternative for me?

    Higher load is caused by the background javascript request to server. The javascript inside this theme is updated to ensure both stability and server load.

    I hope that this theme will reduce your server load. This should be tested on your server because I cannot know how this will afect the load on server side. There were many functions that were reduced to minimum, many graphics and styling.
