What is the best way to create a mobile version of your WordPress site?

The easiest way would be to switch to a responsive theme. You can search for responsive themes here by ticking the “fluid-layout” checkbox: https://www.ads-software.com/themes/tag-filter/

I prefer not to switch themes.

The fastest way for you to have your site look good on a mobile device will be using a mobile plug in.

It’s not that anyone wants to discourage you from helping out, it’s just that links to your own site like that really can and has been abused in the past.
