woocommerce – Different shipping price for every product country

  • Hello,
    I am having a problem. I have 9 products in my store and international shipping is enabled.

    Each product is of different weight here is what I want to do :

    On delivery
    Product 1: $10 for local,$20 for eu and $30 for outside eu
    Product 2: $8 for local, $16 for eu, $6 for outside Eu and so on.

    Flat Rate:
    Product 1: $7 for local,$11 for eu and $16 for outside eu and so on

    What would be the best approach to do this?
