morelink_class and posts_ morelink_class not working

Hi.

I ran into some problem with your shortcode plugin:

I’m using a custom-made template and both morelink_class="btn pull-right" and posts_ morelink_class="pull-right" of the shortcode not displaying respective classes. The morelink and post_morelink parameters work and get displayed, they just don’t get the classes they’re supposed to.
