Change default start date?

    Anyone? Is this plugin dead? No response in > 2 months. Has anyone taken over responsibility for it?

    Five months and no response… looks like the plug-in has been abandoned.

    Six months passed, no response… is there a similar plug-in that does this count but is still being maintained?

    I would like to change the default to all authors, too – how can I do that (still waiting for a reply on the FIRST question, above)
