Cat / Category URLS 404ing Out

Hello, my category tags have completely broke. They 404 out and I can not get support on them via my website host provider GoDaddy. Also, the dev of the theme says it has to do with my permalink structure and it is exactly how it should be. Someone please advise. I am needing help asap. This issue is also causing my RSS feed to disappear and 404 out as well.
