Phone number in header for Omega/Church

Hello,

I’m having trouble finding out how to add a phone number to my header, above the photo, and on the right side. The demo for this theme has content there, so I figured putting a phone number would be a cinch. Not so. A small thumbnail logo would be nice, too, but I’ll setting for a phone number.
