Photos and Information Not Show At 2300Hrs

for some reason I have some scheduled programs that show be it an hour or more that do not show on the webpage. Not a single one show at 2300hrs. The 0000hrs show but 2300 does not. I’ve also had problems with our one hour shows…I’ve tried adding a minute taking one etc. Has anyone had these problems..if so I would greatly appreciate yo9ur help on this matter.
